Mended Hearts Southern Region Cluster Meeting - Kissimmee - Osceola, FL 

The Cluster Meeting will be Jan 20, 2018 a light breakfast and Networking begin at 8:00 am, with the Opening session on PAD and PVD at 9:00 am, Lunch at Noon, and Closing session at 4:30 including Raffle Drawings and Door Prizes.

Health Education will include sessions on PAD and PVD, Healthy Lifestyle with Dr. J, TAVR, and Stroke and TIA.  We will also spend an hour with Norm and Marvin hearing about the National and Regional goals and direction. Lastly we will participate in a roundtable session.

In addition a Pre-Cluster session/computer workshop on Social Media and Technology will be held 1:00 to 5:00 on Friday Jan 19, 2018. (Please Indicate if you are going to attend the Friday Pre-Cluster session on the registration page)

Please remember to enter the Shirt Size on the registrstion page. The Shirts are pre-shrunk and UNISEX (men's) sizes.

We hope you will be able to attend and have allowed the 8:00 am to 9:00 am networking session for you in the event you find the traffic extra light or a bit heavy.  There is currently some road work on Oak St between Main Street and the Hospital, I will provide updates and MAP work arounds if needed the day of the Cluster.
